Difficult times shudnt be the ones when u make the decisions of ur life. As in, being thoughtfull is good but being careful is better. Ppl go thru a rough patch but tht shudnt effect their inner selves.
Being brave, and balancing thoughts from the heart and the signals from the brain in these times is the mantra.
